Yes! My coaching focuses on the elements of Pilates — like control, breath work, mindfulness, core stability, and balance to name a few — that are accessible to everyone regardless of background and current fitness level.

Online sessions are really fun and effective, and they give you the flexibility to work one-on-one with me from anywhere. In fact, many of my clients have taken me with them on work trips and vacations. :) All you need is a laptop or tablet, a good internet connection, and a little free floor space! We can chat about your favorite fitness tools and any props you may want to use once we connect.
