We’ll be partners in exploring your unique movement patterns and strengths, and you’ll finish each session with a better understanding of how your amazing body works. This is fun, personalized exercise tailored to your particular needs and designed to help you reach your goals.

Good movement can work wonders for the body and mind and is an integral part the recovery process. Through customized movement designed just for your recovery, I’ll help you regain your strength and flexibility so you can get back to the activities you love. If you have a clinical team, I’ll collaborate with your Physical Therapist and medical providers to ensure our sessions always align with your recovery goals and support your progress.

If you enjoy the autonomy and flexibility of exercising on your own — but need a little support to develop an effective exercise plan to reach your goals — then these sessions are for you! Over the course of 3-4 private coaching sessions, we’ll discuss and define your goals, develop your independent exercise plan, and explore any movement or exercise questions you may have. These one-on-one sessions will involve lots of collaboration and fun movement as we work together to customize your path to health and wellness.
